This document describes the methods of managing the website (“Site”), with reference to the processing of personal data of users (“User / Users”) who consult it.
This is an information notice provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, known as the Personal Data Protection Code (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”), to all those who visit the Site and interact with the web services of Mila S.r.l., accessible through the Site.
1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. WHAT TYPES OF DATA DO WE PROCESS
2.1 BROWSING DATA
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by their very nature could allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes (i) the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the Site, (ii) the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, (iii) the time of the request, (iv) the method used to submit the request to the server, (v) the size of the file obtained in response, (vi) the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error), and (vii) other parameters related to the User's operating system and IT environment.
This data is used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.

2.3 THE DATA YOU PROVIDE US
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (name, surname, email address, address, city, shipping data, telephone number) hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data".
The User assumes responsibility for third-party data published or shared through the Website and guarantees that they have the right to communicate or disclose them. The User declares to be of legal age, releasing the Owner from any liability.
The processing concerns the operations, or the set of operations, regarding the data collected also through the use of cookies, as indicated in the previous art. 2.2, on the website www.naturalmilaitalia.com relating to information requests, subscription to the Newsletter or Mailing List, consultation/modification of one's profile, and online purchases.
3. WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASES
The processing of the User's Personal Data by the Data Controller is aimed at:
to pursue, in accordance with art. 6.1, letter f) of the GDPR, its own legitimate interest, consisting in ensuring the security of the Site and the information exchanged on it, that is, the ability of this Site to withstand, at a given level of security, unforeseen events or unlawful or malicious acts that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of the personal data stored or transmitted and the security of the related services offered or made accessible;
for the fulfillment of pre-contractual and contractual obligations following a request for information, sale of products offered by www.naturalmilaitalia.com, purchase made in store/online (e.g. fiscal and accounting obligations);
only with his/her specific and distinct consent, in accordance with Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 of the GDPR, for marketing purposes:
a. sending newsletters and communications with commercial and promotional, informational and/or advertising content relating to Mila products or services, as well as statistical analyses and market research strictly related to the services offered through the portal www.naturalmilaitalia.com;
b. to send commercial proposals related to services and products provided by third parties or not related to the products and services provided by the Mila site;
to exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example the right of defense;
only with his/her specific and distinct consent, in accordance with Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 of the GDPR, for the performance of profiling activities, such as the analysis of habits or consumer choices of Mila's customers, mainly processing
(i) data relating to the date and time when the User views email messages containing information, including commercial and promotional information related to the website www.naturalmilaitalia.com, as well as the User's interaction with them and information about clicks on links included in the messages.
(ii) the data acquired during the customer's purchases of products on the website www.naturalmilaitalia.com, therefore, also through the detection of the type and frequency of purchases;
to fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A POSSIBLE REFUSAL TO RESPOND
Apart from what is specified regarding navigation data, which is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Site, and cookies, for which you are kindly asked to review the relevant cookie policy, the provision of personal data is optional. Users are therefore free to provide their Personal Data to request information. However, failure to provide even part of the data requested in the mandatory fields of the various forms will make it impossible to proceed with the provision of products and services offered through the portal www.naturalmilaitalia.com.
5. METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal Data is processed with computerized and automated systems for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
It is specified, in particular, that the User's personal data are processed both on paper and/or electronically, including with the aid of electronic means by the Data Controller or by subjects duly appointed to carry out such tasks (companies for data entry, for purposes related to the execution of the service, the management of online product purchase orders, the management of payment), who are constantly identified and/or appointed, appropriately instructed and made aware of the constraints imposed by law, as well as through the use of security measures designed to ensure the protection of your privacy and to avoid the risks of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, or processing that is not permitted or not in accordance with the purposes described above.6. In any case, the communication of data to companies expressly appointed to carry out certain services within the scope of the activities carried out by the Data Controller and/or, in general, on its behalf, is reserved. These companies will operate as independent data controllers and/or data processors. Furthermore, the communication and/or dissemination of data requested, in accordance with the law, by police forces, judicial authorities, intelligence and security agencies, or other public entities for purposes of defense or state security or for the prevention, detection, or prosecution of crimes is also reserved. The data are not subject to dissemination.
7. DATA TRANSFER
Personal Data is managed and stored on servers located within the territory of the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers to Italy and/or within the territory of the European Union and/or to non-EU countries. In such cases, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions, entering into, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Arts. 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the User has the right to obtain:
confirmation of the existence or otherwise of Personal Data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form and access to them;
a copy of your Personal Data;
the rectification of your Personal Data if it is inaccurate;
the deletion of your Personal Data;
the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data;
in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the Personal Data that you have provided to us or that you yourself have created;
the indication:
o of the origin of the Personal Data;
o the categories of Personal Data processed;
o of the purposes and methods of processing;
o of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
o the identification details of the Data Controller and any processors;
or of the retention period of your Personal Data or the criteria used to determine such period;
o the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the Personal Data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the territory of the State, or as data processors;
o the updating, rectification or, when you have an interest, the integration of the data;
or the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
The User also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
o for legitimate reasons, to the processing of Personal Data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
or to the processing of Personal Data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, Users may send a communication to the Data Controller's email address, as indicated in the previous art. 1, specifying "Privacy" in the subject line. Lastly, we inform you that if you believe your rights have been violated by the Data Controller and/or a third party, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or another competent supervisory authority under the GDPR.
9. HOW LONG WE STORE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The User's Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing referred to in the previous article 3, after which they will be retained solely in compliance with the legal obligations in force, for administrative purposes and/or to assert or defend one's own rights. In particular, for marketing purposes, the User's Personal Data will be retained by the Data Controller for a maximum of two years; for profiling activities, the Data will be retained for no longer than one year.
10. WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of the website https://www.naturalmilaitalia.com/ which may be modified and/or updated at any time. Should the Data Controller intend to process Users' Personal Data for purposes other than those set out in the previous art. 3, they undertake to provide Users, prior to such further processing, with adequate information regarding these different purposes and to carry out such further processing in compliance with current regulations.
11. COMPLAINTS
Lastly, we inform you that if you believe your rights have been violated by the Data Controller, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or another competent supervisory authority pursuant to the Regulation.
